PlayStation Vue Is Coming to Android Devices

PlayStation VueToday’s video game consoles are far more complex than in generations past, but while the realm of HD gaming is certainly impressive, it is all the other things that consoles can do, today, that have truly changed the game, so to speak.

Video game consoles—and the Playstation systems, in particular—are now aimed at being the center of the home entertainment world. There was once a time where a family would need a VCR/DVD player in addition to the cable box to watch all of the things they love. But these days may soon be over thanks to programs like Playstation Vue.

Perhaps even more a sign of the demise of traditional television, Playstation Vue is now available on Roku and Android devices. This means you can access all the things you love about local and national television, movies, games, and more not only in your home, but on the go as well.

“We are happy to share that PlayStation Vue is expanding to Roku devices today, with support for Android smartphones and tablets launching next week. Since we’ve launched PlayStation Vue nationwide, we have heard from many of you that Roku and Android are the top devices you wanted us to add, so we’re pleased to make this a reality,” comments PlayStation Vue Head of Product Dan Myers.

Playstation Vue (PSVue.com) is available in three plans:

  • ACCESS offers at least 55 channels which include live cable TV, movies, and sports channels. This package is $29.99 per month (or $39.99 per month in cities with major live local broadcast outlets)
  • CORE offers at least 70 channels which include all the channels from the ACCESS plan, of course, adding live national and regional sports coverage for $34.99 (or $44.99) per month
  • ELITE offers more than 100 channels which include all the channels from the CORE plan and adding several premium movie and entertainment channels Is Viagra best buy legit… for $44.99 (or $54.99) per month.

But remember, these plans will soon be entirely available on your Android-powered device as well, so the value of each monthly plan will greatly increase (while the price will remain the same) depending on how often you like to access your favorite channels, shows, and movies on the go.
